Three steps to a great Functional Assessment
1. CONTACT US
Get in touch by heading to our “Referrals” page and complete the relevant quote
Our prices start at $2,280 (12 hours) and range up to about $2,850 plus travel, depending on the level of detail you require.
Complete the referral form - making sure you complete all sections, and provide the relevant info (to avoid delays).
2. TELL US MORE
Once you have submitted your referral, we will review, and confirm our availability with you.
We will either ask you for further information, or confirm your referral is accepted by sending you a Service Agreement and booking form.
We will keep your details stored safely, and are committed to your confidentiality.
We encourage you to share your information with us so that we can read about your history before hand. Then during our time together, we can focus your valuable time and energy on the things that matter to you right now, rather than going over old ground.
3. REFINE
We will develop your report, and send you a final copy. We want you to read it through, let us know if your details are all correct.
We want this report to work well for you, so we invite you to email us any requests for changes that you would like us to consider. Usually we won’t charge extra for this, unless it is extensive.
