HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to a great Assessment
1. CONTACT US
Get in touch by heading to our “Referrals” page and complete the relevant form (Assessments)
We charge $190 per hour, with FCA’s taking approximately 12 hours to complete, and AT (low to mid) approx. 4-6 hours.
Fill out the referral form - making sure you complete all sections, and provide the relevant info (to avoid delays).
2. TELL US MORE
Once you have submitted your referral, we will review, and confirm our availability with you; or send you a booking link, to lock in your date.
Relevant reports, and medical history help us serve you better.
We will keep your details stored safely, and are committed to your confidentiality.
It takes time to develop a great report, but feel free to ask us for updates.
3. REFINE
We will develop your report, and send you a final copy. We want you to read it through, let us know if your details are all correct.
We want this report to work well for you, so we invite you to email us any requests for changes that you would like us to consider. Usually we won’t charge extra for this, unless it is extensive.
