For children and adolescents requiring structured Occupational Therapy intervention for ADHD-related challenges.

Location of Appointment: In Clinic (weekend clinic - Saturday Afternoons)

Before submitting this referral, please ensure:

• A confirmed ADHD diagnosis or documented concerns are in place
• The funding pathway is confirmed (Medicare CDM, or private)
• Relevant reports (paediatrician, psychologist, school reports) are available to upload

Please provide:

• Primary areas of concern (e.g., attention, organisation, emotional regulation, impulse control)
• Current supports or therapies involved
• School year level and learning environment (if applicable)

Programs may include parent support and structured review sessions.

Referrals are reviewed prior to confirming suitability and availability.
