The prices below are intended as guides. Alternative or additional services will usually be accommodated, so please provide details and request a quote.

Where contact with a Medical or Health Practitioner is required, any associated fees would be passed on.

WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT

ERGONOMIC ONLY Starting at $380 ( 2 hours). Inclusive of a review of one workstation, including worker education, followed up with a report with detailed recommendations. Additional work stations can be added consecutively for $100 each (30 minutes per work station).

WORKPLACE OR COMPLEX ERGONOMIC $570 (based on 3 hours). Inclusive of 45-60 min consultation at workplace, followed up with a report with detailed recommendations; and up to 60 minutes of liaison with GP (if requested), Rehab Provider or other relevant parties.

TRAVEL $190pro rata (to cover time) + 0.99c/km (to cover vehicle expenses). Applied to locations that are more than 15 minutes from 95 Lockyer Ave, Albany and charged for the total trip.  

HOME ASSESSMENT

FULL / DETAILED $1140 (based on 6 hours) Inclusive of a 60-90 minute home based consultation where the client is interviewed, home is reviewed and detailed measurements are recorded, followed with a comprehensive report inclusive of recommendations , and up to 160 min of liaison with relevant parties are provided.

PARTIAL $760 (based on 4 hours) Inclusive of a 45-60 minute home based consultation where the client is interviewed, relevant section of the home reviewed and detailed measurements are recorded, followed with a report inclusive of recommendations, and up to 60 minutes of liaison with relevant parties.

TRAVEL $180pro rata (to cover time) + 0.99c/km (to cover vehicle expenses) Applied to locations that are more than 20 minutes from Albany town centre, and charged for the total trip.

OTHER OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

INITIAL NEEDS ASSESSMENTS $1,140 (based on 6 hours) Please provide details of service requirement and request a quote.

OT PROGRAMS:  ICWA, Workers Comp (not a rehab provider), or other insurance based work, that sit under gazetted rates is generally accepted.
